You know, this is precisely the reason I could never go blonde. 
True it's a shocking photo of poor Amy, and true I would never be able to pull off her derelicte look in a million years, but seriously? The girl is meant to be a brunette. Some of us are just born that way... and if you try to mess with the laws of nature, well, you'll always lose.
And end up looking like an undead extra in Carry On up the Transylvanian Pass.

But you are half-right, after 15 more seconds, "skanky drug riddled ho", "imagine waking up next to THAT", and "close your mouth, dear" all came flooding in...
Poor Amy. She does look a wreck. And all those drugs have addled her brain so that she seriously thought going blonde was a Good Idea. That should totally be the new anti-drug campaign - Just Say No, or else you'll be unable to make wise decisions on personal grooming.
