Balance
You know, I don't care what the dinner nazis say, I think a tumbler of red wine and some stale bread topped with smoked salmon & cream cheese make a fine dinner.
It's kinda balanced too*.
Kinda...
And when washed down with some day-old carrot cake (I can make cake. Fact) while sitting on the deck as it rains and pours..? Well that just gives the day's crapness a chance to shed itself and drain away.
What think you?
* I suspect that choosing to deny myself the Cadbury Creme Egg was a Good Thing right now.

As long as you had a candle-stub forced into the neck of a red wine bottle, I think you're okay.

GW - Well kinda... And kinda Not really. And my sultry looks to camera were actually frosty glares at children. Worked well too...

i think its a rather marvellous dinner! i often wish i could go back to my old drink swilling days of yore and just eat tomato on toast and wine all night.
and creme egg already??? ITS JANUARY FFS!
