Pahaha!
A terror attack is to be simulated in a Sussex town to look at the response from emergency teams and traders.
Police said the attack in Eastbourne's Arndale Centre - on Monday evening after people leave - would be realistic and use multi-media simulation.
The "attack" will be part of a national initiative exploring ways to prevent, handle and recover from an incident.
Insp Tony Wakefield said there was no current intelligence to suggest Eastbourne was a target.
Teeheehee, no Insp Wakefield, I very much doubt that there would be. As the terrorists wouldn't know that Eastbourne even exists... and I'm not sure that blowing up Wallace Arnold buses full of OAPs really would give them that much cred with Osama. Not even if they targeted various 'ladies who like to watch tennis' during the Ladies pre-Wimbledon tournament.
Oh Eastbourne, you have a special special place in my heart, but really?!
